• Commercial High Rise Buildings – 55 sites across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth CBD. We have designed and project managed green building systems, access control, building automation, fire and emergency warning systems for single/ multi-tenanted commercial building ranging from 12 floors to 52 floors. We have also been involved in major redevelopments of two 35 storeys office towers.

• Major Shopping Centres – 2 sites across Sydney, both over 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area. We have also worked on services design for major shopping centres developments in suburban areas.

• Data Centres – 4 sites across Melbourne and Sydney. Our experience at data centre include design and project management of access systems, building automation and fire systems for new and live data centres.

• Industrial Properties – 2 sites across Sydney. We have also worked on couple of industrial properties responsible for design and management of access control system.

• Place of Public Entertainment – 2 sites across Sydney. Our experiences include design of fire system, emergency warning, access and building automation system for a recital hall.
