Digital Property provided project management services for design, technical supervision & commissioning for 18 sites across Australia. The sites included ANZ commercial buildings and mission critical data centres. The solutions were implemented in close liaison with facilities management staff and a number of ANZ business units.

Digital Property provided project management services for design, technical supervision & commissioning services for of fire system and chiller replacement in the building.

Chiller works were completed in 30 days period from start to finish – included material procurement, installation and commissioning.

Key issues:

  • Maintaining comfortable conditions when the primary chiller failed and required replacement in fully occupied building
  • Project to be completed in peak summer – Dec month

  • Digital Property assisted the client to obtain grants of over $484,000 for energy efficiency projects and $105,000 for water savings initiatives. The projects included:
  • Air handling unit upgrades – refurbishment including coils and motors replacement
  • Chillers replacement. Chiller supply contract stipulated factory testing of the chiller equipment, prior to the delivery

Digital Property provided project management service for various energy management initiatives for this premium building. These included the provision of a new Building Automation System and lighting controls. Digital Property obtained a $550K grant for energy initiatives projects.

The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget with minimum disruption to the tenants. The building’s NABERS rating went from 2.0 stars to 3.5 stars, which was 0.5 of a star above the project target.

We also managed various projects such as Cooling Tower upgrades, Fire Detection and Emergency Warning systems, Carparks Roller Shutters, new Water Tanks installation, Fall Protection System and glass replacement.

Digital Property provided engineering consultancy services for the complex – base building, Sofitel Hotel and retail areas.

We provided project management services for CCTV systems, boiler works, generator, switchboards upgrades, lighting upgrades and Emergency Warning Systems.

For Sofitel Hotel, Digital Property designed and project management services the guest room energy management system. The project was funded via Green Building Fung Grant $550k. We also undertook water saving initiatives in Sofitel Laundry for which we the Sofitel was awarded $38,000 grant from City West Water.

For base building areas, we implemented various lighting control systems.

Key issues:

  • Complex Site comprising of 2 off 50 storey office towers, 5 star hotel, Retail, Cinema and 5 levels of carparking
