The project was successfully delivered on time and under budget with minimum disruption to the tenants. The building’s NABERS rating went from 2.0 stars to 3.5 stars, which was 0.5 of a star above the project target.
We also managed various projects such as Cooling Tower upgrades, Fire Detection and Emergency Warning systems, Carparks Roller Shutters, new Water Tanks installation, Fall Protection System and glass replacement.

For Sofitel Hotel, Digital Property designed and project management services the guest room energy management system. The project was funded via Green Building Fung Grant $550k. We also undertook water saving initiatives in Sofitel Laundry for which we the Sofitel was awarded $38,000 grant from City West Water.
